Always be careful what you say to others in anger because you will live the rest of your life remembering and regreting this. As you get older it comes back as a rewind over and over again in your mind. Everyone has this power of goodness in them that prompts people to apoligise and often pride gets in the way that stops this from happening. Life is too short, and when you do wrong things it becomes painful as one gets older.

In life, be happy with what you have as pastures always look greener on the other side. And when you do you, most often than not it is hard to chew and what goes down causes you to suffer indigestion.

Everyone has good, even those whom you dislike. Like and dislike are similar to weather patterns, Hot one day cold the other. Find the good in them, then you will discover they have more good than you thought they had. When you do this your spiritual vibration increases. This is a far greater benefit than the ego that sees just the wickedness in others.

How much do we understand life? Can anyone explain where were they were before birth or going to be after death. This life is about an inner discovery. We learn great teachings about life from holy scripture and great minds. There are some who were lucky enough to have spiritual experiences. These people pay little attention to what the material world has to offer or about the development of their own egos. The great masters like Miyagi Sensei, Funacoshi Sensei,Ueshiba Sensei and my own teacher Gogen Sensei had this enquiry and the spiritual experiences. It is for this reason they became less worldly and paid more attention in developing the spiritual self and not the ego.

Treasure what you have and say thank you Lord, God or the universe. Sometimes we as human do not appreciate our little blessings, Once its gone, life will never be the same again. Be forever grateful to those who have brought changes to your life e.g. parents. Sometimes we fall short of thanking them enough.

Assuming and hearsay are two peas in the same pod. It is said when you ass u me You make an ass of you and me. Too many people have fallen flat on their faces when they have finally discovered the TRUTH. Students my advice to you is not to talk too much about anything you do not know much about or listen to those who are like empty vessels.
