Students value your karate by training hard and be proud of your effort. It will change your life for the better because we do not practice the art to compete with others but with ourselves. You are already a champion by the meer fact that you attend classes and give it a 100%.

Goshin kan karate will not give grades away cheaply. Every student of ours have received grades and are worthy of their ability. I have lost students because I have not given them a grade. I will never give an unworthy student a grade to keep them in the organisation. My teacher taught me quality before quantity. Today in karate, in many schools politics comes before policy.
