What an awesome story of young Cory saving the woman from drowning. Without hesitation, he jumped off a 25 meter bridge into the ice cold water to save her. It took half an hour. Another young man also got into the water and assisted. This story touched my heart. He deserves a special award. This s what makes us all proud to be human. On Behalf of Goshin Kan we thank you Cory for such a brave act to save a life.

By not submitting to our own ego we have learnt the true message of Do in Karate-do. Then, we begin to learn how to conquer the external enemies. Karate-do was not made for fun and sports. It is a serious art for self preservation (body), Self discipline (mind) and Self awareness( Life)
